We start with a relaxed, no-pressure conversation to get clear on your goals, struggles, and what you’ve already tried. This call helps make sure the program is the right fit for both of us.

Next, you’ll complete a detailed intake so I can understand your metabolic symptoms, lifestyle, stress patterns, daily rhythms, and health history. This allows me to personalize the core program so it aligns with your real-life challenges and needs.

You’ll receive access to research-based metabolic education: short videos that teach the core principles of reversing insulin resistance.

Each week, we meet together for focused, supportive coaching. This is where we troubleshoot challenges, refine your plan, and celebrate your progress. You’ll also get personalized check-ins and the ability to text me during set support hours for real-life guidance when you need it most.

At the end of the 90 days, we wrap up with a deep-dive review of your progress. I’ll give you a clear, simple plan for your next season—whether that’s continuing on your own, staying for additional coaching, or moving into maintenance.
