I have loud opinions.
I was wrong about this one.
I was anti-MLM and pretty vocal about it for years. Then I spent ten years building a team of 14,000.
Some of my opinions changed. Some didn't. Here's what actually happened.
Thirty years of actually doing this.
Not a trend. Not a rebrand.
A life.

the honest story
Nearly 20 years of living this before I ever thought about building a business.
I've been living naturally since 1992. No internet, no influencers, no one making it trendy. When a nurse friend introduced me to doTerra I was actively, vocally anti-MLM. I tried the oils anyway. Did side-by-side comparisons. They were simply better.
'm a social worker by training and a helper by nature. So I started sharing honestly and the business grew before I decided to build it. Four years in, my husband retired. That was 2015. He hasn't gone back.
I believe we are fearfully and wonderfully made, and that stewarding our bodies well is an act of worship.
Turns out it's still social work. Just not what I expected it to look like.
"I built this by just being myself. That’s the whole strategy."
Stephanie Crane
The goal isn’t discipline.
It’s discipleship.
I’m strategic and I love a good system. We'll talk about growth, structure, and building something that actually lasts.
But here's what drives all of it: I believe God cares deeply about how we build, not just what we build.
So what I teach is obedience over hustle. Building with integrity at a pace that doesn't cost you your health, your family, or your peace of mind. Stewardship of your time, your energy, your influence, and the people you serve.
Pressure-based sales and burnout leadership have never been part of how I work. They won't be part of what I teach.
I want to help you build something you're genuinely proud of. Something that reflects your values and honors God.
This mentorship is a good fit for you if:
You're already living this, or close to it, and people in your life come to you with health questions anyway.
You're ready to shift into work that actually means something. Work that helps people, reflects your values, and doesn't drive you to a bottle of wine at the end of the day.
You want to build real income from home without sacrificing your family, your health, or your integrity.
You believe leadership is stewardship and that how you build matters as much as what you build.
You're willing to learn, grow, and do the work. Slowly if needed. Sustainably always.
This is not a shortcut, a guarantee, or a passive-income promise. The internet has enough of those. This is mentorship for women who want to build something real and are willing to grow into it.
We meet. We build a plan. I walk with you. And you build something you’re actually proud ot.
This isn’t for everyone.
Here’s who it’s for.
Don’t take my word for it.

Things you’re probably wondering.

Yes. I said "I would never do MLM" before I did this — out loud, more than once, with conviction. I still have complicated feelings about the industry. What I don't have complicated feelings about: the products, the method, the women whose lives have changed, and the fact that my husband has been retired for ten years. You deserve to know all of that at once.

I'm not one. Never have been. I'm a social worker who lives a certain way and talks about it honestly. Genuine results and genuine care for people — that's the foundation. I'll teach you the rest.
-
ell me about it in the application. Seriously — what happened, why it happened, and what feels different now is exactly the conversation I want to have. That experience is information, not a disqualifier. Unless you're looking for a way to do the same thing again. In that case, we're probably not a fit.

It's woven into everything I do — the wellness, the business, the way I show up for people. I can't separate it and I don't try to. If you're a person of faith who's tired of keeping it out of your work, you'll feel right at home here. If you're a witch, we may not be a good fit. But if you're a cool human who just wants to do good work with good people, let's talk.

Honest answer: it depends on what you want this to be. It can be slow and steady alongside a full life — or it can become your primary income over time. Mine did. I won't promise you a timeline or an outcome. What I will promise is that I'll be straight with you about what it actually takes — and I won't let you burn yourself out getting there.

Nope. Some women build this on social media. Others do it entirely face to face. Many use both. What you'll learn here is how to build through connection, education, and systems — not through follower count. The people already in your life are enough— unless you’re a hermit.
I'm so grateful I said yes.
My life has been forever changed.
Thank you, Jesus.

If this resonates, the next step is simple: fill out a short application. It helps me understand where you are, what you're hoping for, and whether this mentorship is the right fit for this season of your life.
If it looks like a match, I'll invite you into a 20-minute conversation — just the two of us — to talk through questions and next steps.
I pray for the women I mentor. For wisdom, discernment, and clarity in their work and their leadership. That's not a marketing line. It's just how I lead.
No pressure. No obligation. No stranger on my team calling you. Just an honest conversation about whether this is right for you.
